28 May 2025 – Improved In-Plan Copilot, new plan statistics and support for Outlook
In this release, we are introducing several enhancements to VisPlan, including improvements to the use of Copilot within the plan, support for Outlook and Microsoft 365 apps, and a more user-friendly mobile view.
Plan Statistics
Click the Title area of the plan to see some plan vitals such as the number of each object type and the number of started, completed, and not started actions.

Features: This version allows users to enhance existing plans by applying changes and adding actions to ambitions.
The following objects can be altered via Copilot:

Additional Updates
Options to Show/Hide Plan Graphics:
The options have moved from Plan settings to their own icon in the top menu bar. Users can now easily show/hide Progress indicators, Assignees, OKRs, and Progress link icons.
VisPlan Integration:
Now supports usage from Outlook and Microsoft 365 apps. This means users can seamlessly access and manage their VisPlan tasks directly within Outlook and other Microsoft 365 applications, enhancing productivity and collaboration.
Improved Consent Procedure:
Combines dialogues and approval for a streamlined process.
Enhanced Mobile View
To prevent accidental clicks, users must now select an object and click again to open the sidebar.
