Yes. A Microsoft 365 business subscription is required to use VisPlan. VisPlan uses Microsoft login credentials and stores plan data within your Microsoft 365 tenant.

You need an active Microsoft 365 business license, but it is possible to use Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 together. This requires configuration by your IT administrator.

Yes. You can set up a Microsoft 365 test tenant and install VisPlan there, allowing you to explore the product without exposing your corporate data.

Your data remains within your Microsoft 365 tenant. VisPlan does not have access to your plan data, and your organization remains in control of it.

VisPlan uses your existing Microsoft 365 account through Microsoft Teams. There is no separate VisPlan login or password. Login, logout and password management are handled through Microsoft 365 and the Teams client.
