28 February 2025 – Comments feature and Enhanced Gantt Zooming

Comments

This feature is designed to enhance collaboration and communication within your team, making it easier to share feedback and insights directly within your plans.

• Activate the Comment Sidebar: Click the icon in the toolbar to switch on the comment sidebar.
  This sidebar provides a dedicated space for all comments, ensuring that feedback is organized and easily accessible.
• Add Comments to Any Object: Click on any object in the plan (Capability, Ambition, Action, Objective, Focus, or Key Result) and add your comment.
  This allows for specific, contextual feedback on individual elements, improving clarity and focus in discussions.
• Mention Coworkers: Use @ to mention a coworker, and they will receive an email notification.
  This feature ensures that relevant team members are promptly informed and can respond to comments in a timely manner.
• View All Comments: Select the plan itself to see all comments made within the plan.
  This provides a comprehensive overview of all feedback, making it easier to track discussions and decisions.

Enhanced Gantt Zooming

We’ve improved the zoom functionality in the Gantt chart to provide a more intuitive and efficient experience.

Zoom Relative to Cursor: The zoom now centers relative to your mouse cursor. Hover over the area you want to focus on and use Ctrl + scroll wheel to zoom in or out.
This enhancement allows for precise control over the zoom level, making it easier to navigate and analyze your plan’s timeline.

Bug Fixes

This release also includes several bug fixes to enhance overall performance and stability.
