VisPlan Copilot
In this release, we’re thrilled to introduce the VisPlan Copilot, powered by Microsoft Copilot GPT-4 AI. This intelligent assistant helps streamline your planning process by automatically generating the initial visual layout of your plan. It leverages advanced AI to understand your inputs and create structured, visually appealing plans with minimal effort.
VisPlan Copilot isn’t just for new plans; you can also use it to adjust existing layouts, offering intelligent suggestions to optimize your visual representation. Beyond layout changes, the Copilot can assist in adding, removing, or altering capabilities and ambitions, making it easier to refine your strategic objectives. Additionally, you can use Copilot to alter captions and enhance descriptions, ensuring that your plan communicates clearly and effectively.
Simply access the Copilot through the toolbar under the Robot icon and let AI enhance your workflow with smart recommendations, layout improvements, and content optimization.
User Rights Management
We’ve also introduced enhanced user rights management within your plans, utilizing Microsoft Teams’ built-in groups: Owner, Member, and Guest. With this feature, you can fine-tune user permissions for better control over collaboration:
– Can edit data and graphics (default): Users can modify both data and the visual layout.
– Can edit data only: Restrict users to making data changes via the sidebar, without access to graphical edit mode.
– View only: Users can view the plan without making any edits.
These features ensure a more flexible and secure collaborative experience, empowering you to work more efficiently with the right level of control for each user role.
